Refund and Return Policy
At Cofa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
 - The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
 - All original tags and packaging must be intact.
 - You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
 
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale.
 - Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
 - Gift cards.
 
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@cofa.am within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
 - Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
 - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
 - Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
 - Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
 
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. In such cases, Cofa will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@cofa.am within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
